5. Log-In Features

If you sign up using your Google email account, Google will ask your permission to share certain information from your Google account with us. This may include your first name, last name, gender, general location, your timezone and birthday. You can control the information that we receive from Google using the privacy settings in your Google account.

6. Advertising & Analytics Services Provided By Others

We allow the following companies to serve advertisements on our behalf across the Internet and in applications: Google AdWords, Google analytics, Marketo, Twitter, Facebook, Adroll, Quora, Bing ads, Linkedin, Terminus, Demand base, Instagram, and Reddit using email address and cookies that are collected. These entities use technologies including cookies, web beacons, device identifiers and other tools to collect information about your use of the Services and other websites and applications, including your IP address, web browser, pages viewed, time spent on pages or in apps, links clicked and conversion information. This information may be used by The Suite Spot by TLF service providers to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests on our Services and other websites and better understand your online activity.

7. Sub-Account & Client Data

When you are granted a sub-account within The Suite Spot by TLF:

  • You retain responsibility for your own account and any data you input

  • We may access your sub-account for support or maintenance purposes

  • Your sub-account, including proprietary templates and automations, may not be transferred, resold, or reassigned without our written permission

  • We may deactivate or delete sub-accounts in the event of service termination or violation of our Terms

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes of this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time, which we will honor unless restricted by legal obligations.

9. Your Rights (Canada, Quebec, U.S. & International)

a. Canadian Users

You have the right to:

  • Access or update your personal information

  • Withdraw consent for future data use

  • Request deletion or anonymization of your data

  • Ask about the use of automated decision-making

10. Platform Hosting & Cross-Border Data Transfers

The Suite Spot by TLF is a white-label software platform powered by a third-party U.S.-based provider, Go HighLevel, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, USA.

As such, your personal information:

  • May be stored and processed on servers located in the United States or other jurisdictions

  • May be subject to lawful access by U.S. authorities under the USA PATRIOT Act or similar legislation

  • Is managed using security protocols provided by Go HighLevel and its infrastructure providers

By using our services you:

  • Consent to the transfer of your data outside of Canada

  • Understand that privacy protections may differ between countries

  • Acknowledge that we’ve taken reasonable steps to ensure our service providers offer safeguards consistent with Canadian privacy requirements

For residents of Quebec, this section is provided in compliance with Law 25. Your continued use of our services indicates your informed consent to this arrangement.
